Tim Hortons

When I came here in 2017 from Chile, I was lost with no social contacts or friends. On a walk, I saw the Tim Hortons on University Ave. That was the beginning of a long tryst with Tim's almost everyday since then. It's a wonderful place and so welcoming and the credit goes to the smashing crew behind the counter. They are the best! They are attentive, patient when a customer can't make up their minds, pleasant always and helpful if you need any help. No matter how full the seating area is or how long the serpentine line of cars at the Drive-thru, they are on their toes and do a fine job of serving everyone with a smile and courtesy. I'd like to name a few who I got to know by name - Casey, Karen, Colby, Alexis, Omar, Simran, Miriam, Madeline. (I've forgotten some names!) But I must add it's all of them... They give out such good vibes that it spreads into the seating area. I give this Tim Hortons, and its entire crew, in our neck of the woods full credit for getting me to be comfortable and at home in Millidgeville. I spend hours there even with my grandkids who are very happy to be there. Not just because of the eats... Trust me, they love the ambience as much as I do. It's their "Timbuktu" which is their code word for a magical, fun, place to be.
